I am a professional mathematics tutor and have been for many years now. Here are a few of the facts about me that you probably want to know.
- I started tutoring mathematics as part of an after-school program when I was in 8th grade.
- I helped pilot a peer-tutoring program at my high school where upperclassmen who excelled in math were paired with lowerclassmen who struggled with math. We both had the same study hall period, and I used this time to tutor the student in a classroom with a math teacher.
- I currently work at a local community college providing tutoring to students on a drop-in basis for all mathematics courses offered by the college (more courses than I offer tutoring for though this site as some courses are easier to tutor online than others).
- I have completed an Associates of Science in Science with a Specialization in Mathematics at Reynolds Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Liberty University.
